Benefits During Your Leave of Absence


We offer health benefits through Cigna for eligible employees during family or medical leave. FML provides job-protected, unpaid time off for certain family and medical events, while short-term disability (STD) pays disability benefits and can cover all, or a portion of, your income when you’re out of work due to a covered illness or injury.
